Joy Prom is a full-scale community sponsored prom for guests with different abilities and special needs ages 16 and above. However, Joy Prom is much more than just a dance. Joy Prom is an opportunity to build unity by celebrating the beauty in all our uniqueness and by showing love and support to some of the most special members of our community. Joy Prom is completely FREE for all attendees and therefore depends entirely on the generosity of our donors and volunteers to happen each year. 

It takes approximately 2 – 3 volunteers per special needs guest for us to hold our event each year.   There are many different volunteer opportunities available.  We hope you will sign up to volunteer for our event so that you can be a part of such a wonderful and rewarding evening that is sure to bless your heart as much as it blesses the guests and caregivers that attend.
