Family Promise of Davie County

It is our mission to affect lasting change in the lives of homeless children and their families in Davie County. We want to share the common love of humanity with others by offering them a “hand up” instead of a “hand out.” Through our efforts together in the community, we will change lives.

Our vision is a county where every family has a home and the opportunity to create a better future.

Family Promise is a community-based response to families experiencing homelessness. We help families attain sustainable independence through provision of shelter, transportation, meals, case management, hospitality, and support. We believe every family has promise and every child deserves a home.
