Operation Xcel

Promoting excellent Communities Education and Leadership, Operation Xcel offers academic and enrichment programs for youth in kindergarten through 8th grade. We also offer empowerment and literacy services in specific areas to adults. Philosophy Operation Xcel is committed to honesty and integrity. Through our academic and enrichment programs, we are committed to providing equal access to quality educational resources, to supporting diversity of thought, and to creating a strong foundation for the development of long term career goals and civic participation.

Operation Xcel is a 501(C) (3) entity that engages students, parents and community to increase educational, social and career skills through academic enrichment and parenting and advocacy empowerment workshops. We also provide access and tools to technology literacy.
