Who We Are

Well-Spring Solutions specializes in caring for individuals with age-related illnesses, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and other cognitive impairments. Through our adult day programs, caregiver education and support services, we provide compassionate care for those living with cognitive challenges while offering vital resources, education, and emotional support to family caregivers.

What We Do

Well-Spring Solutions offers three primary service lines: The Memory Care Center, Connections Programs, and Caregiver Education and Support.
The Memory Care Center is a licensed adult day care/day health center that provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for individuals that have a diagnosis of Dementia. Members enjoy a full schedule of therapeutic and recreational activities designed to promote socialization, physical activity, and cognitive engagement. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are provided daily. The Memory Care Center is located at 2701 Henry Street, Greensboro, NC 27405, and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Our Connections Programs offer community-based group respite care for part of the day, providing caregivers with a much-needed break while participants enjoy meaningful activities, exercise, music, socialization, lunch, and other engaging experiences with their peers. There are four Connections locations throughout Guilford County that operate various days Monday -Friday, depending on the program, from 10am-2pm:
  • Greensboro: First Baptist Church, Muir's Chapel United Methodist Church, and Temple Emanuel
  • High Point: St. Mary's Episcopal Church
Our Caregiver Education and Support services provide family caregivers with the knowledge, resources, and emotional support they need while caring for a loved one with a chronic illness. Offerings include three monthly caregiver support groups, educational seminars, and classes covering a wide range of topics such as financial planning, self-care, legal considerations, technology, community resources, and other practical strategies to help caregivers make informed decisions throughout their caregiving journey.
