Over the course of the year, participants build meaningful relationships, explore the issues shaping our community, and engage in conversations and experiences that often shift how they lead both personally and professionally.

During this in-person session, you’ll learn what the program looks like, hear more about the application process, and have space to ask questions as you consider whether Flagship is the right next step for your leadership journey.
