Description

The University of North Carolina School of the Arts presents their first annual Music For Food Concert Series benefiting the Crisis Control Ministry Food Pantries.

According to Feeding America, 13.2% of Forsyth County residents were food insecure in 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic has widened the hunger gap in our community since then. Crisis Control Ministry assisted 7,789 neighbors struggling with food insecurity in fiscal year 2021. Musicians with the Reynolda Quartet believe no one should be without affordable access to food in our community, which is why they are collaborating with Crisis Control Ministry to help put food on the table for our neighbors.

Come enjoy a free 45-minute performance by the Reynolda Quartet. Non-perishable food donations or a financial contribution to Crisis Control Ministry's food pantries are encouraged.
