About Ethnoir Ethnoir is a North Carolina-based entrepreneurship support organization dedicated to helping early-stage founders build the clarity, systems, and partnerships needed to achieve sustainable growth and access future funding opportunities. Our work focuses on strengthening business readiness, supporting founder development, and expanding access to resources for entrepreneurs who are often overlooked by traditional support systems. About the Advisory Board As Ethnoir grows, we are building a diverse group of advisors who can provide strategic guidance, industry expertise, community connections, and thoughtful feedback. Advisory Board members will help strengthen our impact, expand partnerships, and support the development of programs that serve entrepreneurs throughout North Carolina and beyond. Areas of expertise we are particularly seeking include: • Banking and small business lending Responsibilities • Attend quarterly advisory meetings Time Commitment Approximately 2–4 hours per quarter.
