What many don't realize is that they may have options to enroll in coverage through the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid. That's where healthcare navigators step in. Healthcare navigators are trained and federally certified to remotely assist individuals and families with exploring their coverage options, completing the online application for coverage, applying for financial help to pay for premiums, and choosing a health plan that fits their specific needs. All of the training to become a healthcare navigator is online and can be completed at your own pace. For everyone's safety, we are conducting all enrollment appointments remotely until further notice.
