We are looking for successful and enthusiastic event planners who want to make a difference to produce our organization's events from idea giving through completion through the use of skills and talents for the good of helping children and their parents, a cause you believe in. Events Specialist's responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet organization quality expectations.
Task:
- Event planning, design, and production of organization events within time limits
- Identify the organization needs to ensure organization satisfaction of goals
- Organize facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional material, etc.
- Create, coordinate and manage organization hosted events and/or activities
- Make arrangements for the organization events
