Help distribute registration forms to visitors as they arrive at the Forsyth Animal Welfare Coalition's Animal Wellness Clinic & Resource Fair! We will be passing out forms, clipboards & pens as people drive in to the event. If someone needs help in completing their form, you can be that person! You may need to walk and be on your feet for most of the event.
