I would love to invite some youth to help us with Cycle Recycle for a couple of hours on Saturday, May 15. We are having a bike drop off event at The Oaks Shopping Center in Lewisville, co-sponsored by Baked Just So bakery and Lewisville Vintage shop.
We need a couple of volunteers to help us for 2-hr blocks from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 15. I'm expecting many donations of gently used bikes from the avid Lewisville cycling community. We want to greet each donor to hand them a promo sheet about Cycle Recycle and to invite them to come into Baked Just So for a free treat. It would be great to have a couple of volunteers hang out with us any of the times during the day.
9 - 11 a.m.
11 - 1 p.m.
1 - 3 p.m.
At 3:30 to 4 we will transport the bikes to the warehouse. Could use a couple of young people to help.
