1. PantrySoft Check-In Greeter - Responsibilities:
- Greets each vehicle as it arrives
- Locate the participant’s name on the electronic log in PantrySoft
- Enter the participant into the system to confirm check-in
- Use the radio to notify the Inside Conductor which order to pull for the participant
2. Link2Feed Check-In Greeter (TEFAP) Responsibilities:
- Search for the participant in the Link2Feed system
- Record the TEFAP pantry visit
- Capture the participant's signature electronically in Link2Feed
- If the participant is not in Link2Feed, use a paper signature form to document the visit

All volunteers must complete a background check and Safe
Environment training before serving.
