It is hard to put into words how valuable volunteers are to the day-to-day operations of our Connections - A Memory Club programs. Volunteers are an integral part of the services we provides to the participants attending our centers and to their caregivers.
Our Connections volunteers visit with our members, help serve lunch, encourage the group, and join in on the laughter! Volunteers may want to help facilitate fun cognitive games, join in listening to music, encourage members to exercise, assist with art projects, or help with some other stimulating activities that boost memory fitness. Some volunteers may want to share a special skill or talent they have. Sharing your time and stories adds so much joy to our members day.
Our programs need volunteers Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 2:30 pm. VOlunteer hours are flexible within the framework of the program. If you are interested in this fun and valuable opportunity, we can create a schedule that works for you!
