5 volunteers to direct traffic and help with parking
10 volunteers to help with setup – lifting tables, chairs, putting up tents, putting out recycling containers (from 12 – 1 they will be helping exhibitors unload)
11 – 2 pm:
4 volunteers to help with parking
2 volunteers to monitor the bounce house
2 volunteers to help with loading and unloading the hay wagons
1 pm – 6 pm:
2 volunteers to monitor the bounce house
5 volunteers to help with parking
2 volunteers to help with loading and unloading hay wagons
2 volunteers to help with nature crafts
2 volunteers to help with nature photography contest
2 volunteers to help pass out maps of the event to families, then later to pass out snacks and drinks to exhibitors
4 -6 pm
5 volunteers to help with cleanup beginning at 5 pm to help with take down - tents, tables, chairs, trash
