Pivot is seeking a volunteer Mentor Coordinator to:
- Provide support for and facilitate communication with our mentors
- Help recruit mentors
- Schedule mentor training sessions twice a year
- Facilitate monthly mentor meetings March-June and September-December
- Serve as a liaison between staff and mentors
A successful Mentor Coordinator will be passionate about encouraging women and will uphold the values of our organization while supporting mentors in their positions.
A Pivot Mentor Coordinator has:
- A heart for God, for His mission in this world & for ALL people
- Passion for Pivot’s mission to equip women for better life and work opportunities
- An open mind and willing to learn more about living in poverty
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills – verbal and written
