Who We Are

The Community Outreach Liaison program was established in 2020 during

the COVID-19 pandemic, originally as the Hispanic Liaison. Its purpose was

to educate the Hispanic community about COVID-19 and connect them

with vital resources. Following the pandemic’s peak, the program remained

actively engaged with the community. Today, it has expanded its reach to

serve the broader population and collaborates with all programs across

the Health and Human Services campus.

What We Do

Vision: To be the trusted central resource that seamlessly connects the Forsyth County community to comprehensive health and human services programs

The mission of the Community Outreach Liaison is to serve as the central resource that facilitates connections between individuals and the diverse programs available at the Forsyth County Health and Human Services campus.
