One Step Further, Inc. provides quality programs that help adults, youth, parents, and families take positive steps in their lives. Our trained professionals devote time to each program so that participants may reach their goals and outcomes.

Programs include:

• Adult Mediation Services
• Community Offender Resource Program
• Community Service-Restitution
• Community Support & Nutrition Program
• Family Factor
• Gate City Coalition
• Junior/Senior/Advanced Life Skills
• Teen Court of Guilford County
• Traffic Diverson (Juvenile)

OSF operates 9 separate programs across Guilford County. Each of the programs utilizes volunteers in a variety of ways, including mediators, instructors, administrative, reception, data entry, and community outreach. Although all of our programs engage volunteers, the OSF Community Support & Nutrition Program (CSNP) utilizes the largest number. Volunteers for this program have the opportunity to be involved with the distribution of groceries, delivering groceries to homebound seniors, picking up donations from local retail stores, sorting food and packing grocery bags, participant registration, reception, unloading trucks, and so much more. The CSNP has opportunities for individuals, groups, families, friends, and local companies.
