Help prepare for The Big Chill by helping set up tents, tables, chairs, and other
important parts of the event
Timing for Set-up
● 12:00 pm: arrive to Bailey Park; light lunch provided
● 12:30 pm: begin setup of event
● 3:00 pm: complete setup—stay to enjoy the event or depart

Volunteers will be asked to lift up to 25 lbs as part of setup

call friends, family, and anyone who will answer, asking
them to support The Shalom Project
