Please join us for a Community Mapmakers Workshop associated with the Mapping Prejudice in Forsyth County Project. Attendees will get the opportunity to collect data on Forsyth County deeds that may have racial covenants included in them. Our team will walk you through the process step-by-step for analyzing deeds. This process will eventually lead to a better understanding of the spatial inequalities that exist in our community and bring about a much-needed conversation of what comes next. Please bring a laptop or other electronic device with internet access to be able to successfully participate in the deed analyzation process.
