ESR has volunteer opportunities for Intake Coordinators/Greeters with the EITC Program through VITA. The Intake Coordinator/Greeter is responsible for assuring that every client is aware of all the services that are available to them in a timely manner. Also, the Intake Coordinator/Greeter oversees client sign-in, assists clients in the completion of the Client Intake Sheet, and directs clients to on-site complementary services when appropriate. The Intake Coordinator reports to the Site Coordinator.
