"Ride for Shalom" needs Aid Station Volunteers

Role description
● Set up tent, table, and chairs at Aid Station location along cycling
route (location provided by The Shalom Project)
● Set up snacks on table
● Hand out snacks and other items to cyclists as they pass by
Timing
● 9:00 am: arrive to Shallowford Square by to collect supplies
● 9:30 am: arrive at Aid Station location to set up
● 10:00 am: be prepared to serve cyclists
● 1:30 pm: clean up and return supplies to Shallowford Square
Notes
● Cyclists stop at the Aid Stations for snacks, AND encouragement!
● Get creative! Consider choosing a theme or dressing up to entertain the cyclists as they pass by
● No medical expertise necessary
● Snacks provided by The Shalom Project
● 3-6 volunteers recommended per aid station
