The CSNP recieves donations from three (3) local Food Lion grocery retailers, including produce, deli, and frozen meats. We also receive dairy products on occasion. We utilize volunteers to pick up the donations and bring them to our 1806 Merritt Dr. location (on the campus of Definition Church). WE ARE LOCATED IN THE BUILDING DIRECTLY BEHIND THE MAIN BUILDING. Come to the double doors on the "dumpster" side of the building. Store details are below:
9am: Summerfield Food Lion (4548 US Hwy 220 Summerfield): you will need to receive an agency badge prior to your selected shift at our Merritt location, then on your day - go to the store to pick up donations and return them to our Merritt location.
11am: Hicone Food Lion (4634 Hicone Rd. Greensboro): you will come to our Merritt Dr. location to pick up totes and a badge, then on to the store to pick up the donations. You will then bring the donations back to Merritt Dr.
12pm: Coliseum Food Lion (1911 Coliseum Blvd. Greensboro): you will need to receive an agency badge prior to your selected shift at our Merritt location, then on your day - go to the store to pick up donations and return them to our Merritt location.
