Family Literacy Classroom Assistants - High Point

Our Family Literacy program helps parents improve their basic English skills so that they can help their children succeed in school. While parents are in class, children explore age-appropriate literacy activities, including children's books and crafts. We need classroom assistants to help with children from birth to age 10 (classrooms are divided by age). Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:30-8:30 p.m. We are looking for volunteers to begin 3/7-5/23. Volunteers do not need to commit to both Tuesday and Thursday evenings but should maintain a regular schedule.
