Church in the Streets — Trauma-Informed Spiritual & Mental Health is a neighborhood community activation produced by Life of Victory in Christ Ministries Community Development Corporation (LVCM CDC). The event takes place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 3751 Yarbrough Avenue, Winston-Salem, Oldtown Neighborhood, bringing together faith communities, health providers, nonprofits, and neighborhood residents around the theme of Trauma-Informed Spiritual & Mental Health.
This initiative is part of LVCM CDC's Church in the Streets (CITS) and Health in the Streets (HITS) model — a cross-sector, faith-rooted approach to addressing the Social Drivers of Health and building lasting community relationships. Volunteers play a critical role in making this event welcoming, well-organized, and impactful for every attendee.
