Front Desk Assistant
Samaritan Ministries is looking for a friendly and dependable volunteer to support our front desk staff Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.
In this role, you will assist with: - Answering phone calls
- Providing basic resource information and support to callers
- Facilitating shelter guest phone calls
- Occasional light administrative tasks
This is a light-duty volunteer position that makes a meaningful impact and creates a welcoming environment for all who enter our doors. If you have a knack for communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organization then we need you!
