Greensboro, we are calling on you for help. There are an awful lot of school-aged kids in Greensboro who will be starting back to school next month without the proper school supplies they need to help ensure a successful school year. This is something the Greensboro Police Deepartment, Faithworks Ministries, and many, many community partners are passionate about and we all hope we can can count on you for help. We are calling this initiative, Operation PASS (Partners Advocating Student Success).
Now through August 12, donations are being accepted at all Greensboro police and fire stations, as well as any City of Greensboro building. Items needed include: pens, pencils, backpacks, spiral notebooks, notebook paper, crayons, erasers, glue, small hand sanitizer, and other much needed school supplies.
