Since opening its doors in 2005, the Next Step Ministries Thrift Store has been a wonderful addition to our ministry. The store provides a significant amount of financial support for our operations. It continues to grow and thrive, contributing just over 50% of our total annual income. In addition, guests and nonresidential clients are given the opportunity to shop at the store at no charge. Often times, guests come to us without much more than they clothes on their backs. Donating to us ensures that we will have inventory to meet the needs of our guests of all ages and sizes.
We are looking for volunteers to accept, sort, and assist with check out at our thrift store.
We are also in need of volunteers at our Safe House. Please note that all Safe House volunteers must submit to a background check and 20 hour training prior to volunteering.
