Maintenance Volunteers assist with preventative maintenance tasks in vacant rooms and common spaces. Tasks may include:
- Cleaning PTAC covers
- Cleaning bathroom vent fans
- Cleaning ceiling fan blades
- Change bulbs as needed
- Test smoke detectors and emergency lights monthly
Volunteers are asked to commit to a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for at least 2 months. Flexible 2-3 hour shifts.
